1. About Noodle Boyz

Noodle Boyz is a South African bulk noodle delivery service operated by BIGSAM TECH. We sell authentic Kellogg's and Indomie instant noodles in bulk at wholesale prices, delivered nationwide. By placing an order on our website (noodleboyz.co.za), via WhatsApp (068 610 6194), or any other channel, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

2. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order will apply.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is out of stock or if a pricing error occurred.
  • Bulk discount pricing applies when the minimum quantity threshold is met (shown on each product).
  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and verified.

3. Payment

  • We accept PayFast (credit/debit card, EFT, Ozow), Yoco (card payments), EFT bank transfer, and cash on delivery (JHB/Soweto only, minimum order R200).
  • EFT orders are only dispatched after payment is confirmed in our bank account.
  • Card payments are processed securely via PayFast and Yoco — we do not store your card details.

4. Delivery

Full delivery information is available on our Delivery Policy page. By placing an order you confirm that the delivery address provided is correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

6. Product Information

  • All products are authentic branded goods (Kellogg's, Indomie). We are an authorised reseller.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual packaging may vary slightly.
  • Check product descriptions carefully before ordering — we sell in bulk (boxes of 40 packs). Reselling is allowed and encouraged.
  • Store products in a cool, dry place. Check expiry dates upon delivery.

7. Consumer Rights (CPA)

Your rights as a consumer are protected under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA). Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory rights under South African law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including the Noodle Boyz brand, logo, photography, and copy is the property of BIGSAM TECH. Do not reproduce without permission.
